Can I get, or grant people FTP access to my website?

General

You must complete the following FTP waiver of liability before we can grant you or anyone on your team access to your website files. This is for your own security. We also recommend that you do not set up more accounts then absolutely necessary just so that there are not more ways to access your website files. FTP accounts often get forgotten, or strayed (for example, when an individual leaves your organization.) Once this waiver is completed and sent back to us, Campus Suite is not responsible for any issues that are caused by the misuse, or even inadvertant changes that may cause problems on your website. By granting FTP access, we can no longer control the quality of the files in your website. Please be aware of this when requesting FTP access to your website.

We require the waiver to be sent back to us directly from our primary contact on file. Please ask us for our FAX number, or you can email back to support. Thanks for your understanding.
